Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
It is with great joy that we can communicate that we will be meeting for worship in the sanctuary this Lord’s Day! By God’s grace, Orange County has been moved to a less restrictive tier in the statewide reopening plan and we can now worship indoors with the previous restrictions (social distancing, masks and limits on capacity -less than 100). https://covid19.ca.gov/safer-economy/
When you go to the reservation site please note that our service times have been revised to 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM.
One other change that we are enacting is the discontinuance of temperature checks. While we will not be taking your temperature, it is incumbent upon you to be aware of your own health. If you have a fever or are exhibiting any of the other symptoms of the coronavirus or flu (fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, headaches or loss of taste or smell), we ask that you not attend in-person worship and rather worship with us remotely via our livestream. Also, if you have been in close contact with anyone who has tested positive for the coronavirus, you should self-quarantine and worship with us online.
We thank God for this development and look forward to worshipping with you (with AC!) this coming Lord’s Day.
In Christ,
Elder Szucs

As it has become apparent that the Governor's order to discontinue indoor worship services will remain in place for the near future, we have made arrangements to conduct our Lord's Day services outdoors in the center courtyard. Large event tents are being installed. We anticipate that we will start conducting in-person services on Sunday, July 26th. Service times will be moved to 8:30 and 10:00 a.m. in order to take advantage of the cooler morning hours. As before you will need to arrive 20 minutes prior to the service time that you have a reservation for.
While we are blessed with a mild climate here in Orange County we understand that there may be some who will find worshiping in this environment difficult. We will continue to livestream our service for those who must worship remotely.
Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
Due to the order issued by the Governor yesterday we will be cancelling our in person services for this coming Lord’s Day, July 19, 2020. We will continue to livestream the service at 9:00 a.m. so that the ministry of the Word may continue.
Please know that consistory, staff and council are talking daily to discuss different options for Sunday worship services and we will continue to update you as this situation unfolds.
We appreciate your prayers and patience as we navigate this dynamic issue and as always, if you have any question regarding these developments, please feel free to contact me or any of the members of consistory.
