What is the goal of true Christians when having conversations or debates about the purpose and aim of the Great Commission, and is it helpful to be having these discussions at all? Pastor Chris Gordon sits down with Rev. Dr. Dan Borvan to discuss the recent podcast with Doug Wilson and Jared Longshore. Chris explains his sole purpose for setting up this face-to-face meeting and they look at the social media backlash, fair criticisms and the due praises that resulted. Dan takes a realistic look at podcasts and how their purpose differs from a church service. They both agree how easy it can be for believers to align themselves in certain “camps” and the dangers of throwing the word “heretic” around too freely.
