Dr. Riddlebarger will wrap up our series "In the Land of Nod," by summarizing the biblical teaching regarding a Christian citizen's obligations within the civil kingdom.
Join us this Wednesday, March 9 at 7:30 p.m for Evening Prayer and Bible study.
Dr. Riddlebarger is taking us verse by verse through 1 Thessalonians. We are currently midway through chapter 2 of 1 Thessalonians.

Dr. Riddlebarger will continue with our series "In the Land of Nod." We are discussing the Reformed doctrine of the two kingdoms. In this lecture we'll be discussing the Christian's most important obligation in the civil kingdom, "Love of Neighbor."
The lecture begins at 7:30 p.m.
The Men's Book Club will meet on Saturday, March 5 at 6:00 p.m. at the home of Bob and Adriana Reeves. Join us for dinner and discussion as we continue our read through Dennis E. Johnson's book Triumph of the Lamb: A Commentary on Revelation. For this meeting we will continue to discuss chapter 9, focusing on pages. 187-204. This chapter exposits Rev. 10:1-11:14. Wednesday Night Bible Study, February 3: Dr. Riddlebarger will continue our overview of Paul's two Thessalonian letters. This week we look at echoes from the Old Testament. Our study begins at 7:30 p.m.

Dr. Riddlebarger will continue this week with our series "In the Land of Nod" discussing the two kingdoms. This week, we focus upon the question, "Is America a Judeo-Christian Republic?" The lecture begins at 7:30 p.m.
On Saturday, February 6, the men's book club will meet at the home of Bob and Adriana Reeves. Join us at 6:00 p.m. for dinner, fellowship, and discussion of Dennis Johnson's book Triumph of the Lamb: A Commentary on Revelation (P&R, 2001). For this meeting, we will be discussing chapter 9 (pgs. 177-198). These pages correspond to Rev. 12:1-13:18, so make sure to read those passages as well.
